🎗️Ensuring Santa Barbara County residents have access to world-class cancer care, close to home
🎗️75 years of service

💙 Martha, a local cancer patient, recently reac 💙 Martha, a local cancer patient, recently reached out to us to express her gratitude and love for the Cancer WellFit program. 💙

The Cancer WellFit program, funded by the Cancer Foundation, is a supportive and gentle exercise program designed to help cancer patients regain strength, flexibility, and confidence after cancer treatment. 🎗💪

"The support, encouragement, and expertise provided by the Well Fit team—Paula and Derek—have been truly inspiring. Being part of this program has not only helped me regain strength and confidence but also connected me with others who are facing similar challenges. Spending time together working out and sharing our experiences and journeys has been very uplifting, informative, and very helpful to my recovery.

Thank you, too, for your extraordinary commitment to supporting cancer patients and for making programs like WellFit possible. WellFit has made such a positive impact in my life (and I’m sure in the lives of all cancer patients who are fortunate enough to participate). I am deeply appreciative of your incredible generosity and of your inspiring vision in supporting a place where healing, strength, and community are brought together for so many of us as we fight cancer."

Did you know the Cancer Foundation of Santa Barbar Did you know the Cancer Foundation of Santa Barbara funds the library program at Ridley-Tree Cancer Center? 📚

One of our favorite ways that the Cancer Center's library supports cancer patients is with the free book cart!

Each day, dedicated volunteers wheel the library's book cart through waiting rooms and infusion suites, offering free books, magazines, coloring sheets, and water for patients and visitors to enjoy during their visits.

While we are a separate organization from the Cancer Center, we are proud to financially support the Cancer Center’s library.

A big thank you to everyone that donated books and materials to the library cart and to the wonderful volunteers who keep this resource accessible every day! 💙
